DANIEL CORBETT

Dan has had an interest in cooking for a long time. It all began in New York where he started working in delicatessens while in high school. New York deli's are know the world over for the big over stuffed sandwiches like corned beef on rye or reuben's. Dan not only made sandwiches and coffees for the customers but also worked in the kitchen making all the fresh salads and hot dishes.

Dan enjoyed cooking and kept at it even after he started working in television. While working in Waco, Texas he also worked as a cook at a local coffee shop in the town.
